Identified - As part of a fix for the outage earlier this afternoon, two features are degraded:

Motion Smart Tiles are not operational.

Cameras connected via a Gateway will show thumbnails in tiles as normal, but won't automatically stream video when motion is detected.

Our engineering team is working to restore full operations to these services.
