Resolved - We have deployed the fix and new user changes should show in the Access Control user profile quickly now. Users may need to be edited again if their updates were previously not showing, in order to trigger a new update to the profile cache and show recent updates.

Identified - Users who make a change to a user and then reload the browser or make the change on the Command Admin user profile then navigate to the Access user profile may not see their updates reflected on the Access Control user profile page. The result is a backlog in user profile cache processing due to a large volume of updates generated by a maintenance script.

We are currently working on a fix.

Resolved - We have patched the issue in Verkada Pass (iOS) app version v.4.7.4 that is rolling out to the App Store now. Customers seeing this issue should upgrade in the App Store to resolve the degradation.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on one of our databases responsible for managing devices, during which time Access, Alarms, Sensors, and Gateway devices will not be claimable or viewable in Verkada Command. These devices will continue to function normally with their existing configurations, and all data produced by these devices will be queued and uploaded once the maintenance is complete. This operation is expected to take no longer than 10 minutes.
