Update - We have confirmed that the hotfix resolves the issue after the firmware update. We are currently working to ensure the update is rolled out to any devices that may be in this state. Customers experiencing this issue may resolve this issue by rebooting the AC42 or by temporarily removing any update schedule that has been applied.
