Verkada is investigating reports of camera uptime history incorrectly showing devices offline. Normal operation should not be impaired.

Verkada engineering corrected an infrastructure issue causing unbalanced resource distribution. Normal operation should be substantially restored and missing data will backfill over the course of the afternoon.
