Database upgrade effecting notifications

At 3 PM PST on Wednesday, February 26th, we will be performing an upgrade on one of the databases responsible for alerting. During this time users will be temporarily unable to receive alerts and access alert inbox. We expect this operation to take between 30 minutes and 1 hour to complete.
