Identified

We have identified an issue with our 3rd party cloud provider that is causing some users, particularly on the east coast of the U.S. to be unable to load Verkada Command, resulting in 503 error. We have been informed that our provider has implemented a fix, but that some services in the region remain degraded. We have observed that refreshing the page eventually works, and recommend that users experiencing this issue attempt to refresh the page first.
