Update -
We are currently experiencing a carrier network outage that is causing a subset of devices that use the Verkada SIM to intermittently go offline. This affects devices using Verkada SIM cards and devices with third-party SIMs that have switched over to their backup Verkada SIM. Both Verkada and our cellular carrier partners are actively investigating the issue.
