Investigating - We are currently investigating this issue. Alarm sites successfully arm and disarm in these organisations; however, we have observed behaviour in which consoles and keypads may time out during the operation of disarming a site, despite the site successfully disarming.

On Tuesday March 24th at 10:00 PM PST, we will be upgrading our database that manages Verkada's licensing platform. During this upgrade, users will be unable to view the license manager page, claim licenses, and claim orders. We expect this upgrade will take between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

At 8 PM PST on Wednesday, March 19th, we will be upgrading one of the databases that serve audit logs. During this time, users will be temporarily unable to view audit logs, but all other functionality will remain operational. We expect the upgrade to take between 30 minutes and 1 hour. No audit log data will be lost during this process, and after the upgrade is complete, users will be able to access all logs generated during this period.
