Update - We are currently experiencing a carrier network outage that is causing a subset of devices that use the Verkada SIM to intermittently go offline. This affects devices using Verkada SIM cards and devices with third-party SIMs that have switched over to their backup Verkada SIM. Both Verkada and our cellular carrier partners are actively investigating the issue.

Identified - We are seeing Intermittent Alarm SMS and Alarm calling failures due to our carrier partner outage. Alarm calls from agents will still be made via a different phone number

Identified - We have identified an issue with our 3rd party cloud provider that is causing some users, particularly on the east coast of the U.S. to be unable to load Verkada Command, resulting in 503 error. We have been informed that our provider has implemented a fix, but that some services in the region remain degraded. We have observed that refreshing the page eventually works, and recommend that users experiencing this issue attempt to refresh the page first.
